Canadian Pole Vaulter Alysha Newman Sees Surge in OnlyFans Subscribers After Viral Olympic Twerking Moment



Canadian athlete Alysha Newman, who went viral for her celebratory twerking after winning a bronze medal in women’s pole vaulting at the Paris Olympics, has gained 20,000 new OnlyFans subscribers. Newman, originally from London, Ontario, told Daily Mail that the surge of followers caused her OnlyFans page to crash.


She started her OnlyFans account after the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and has since used the earnings to enhance her training, purchasing wellness equipment and supporting her coaches. Despite the stigma surrounding the platform, Newman embraces her entrepreneurial approach, having earned at least $155,800 from new subscribers, and has no plans to quit.
