Justin Timberlake, 43, appeared virtually at a court hearing on Friday regarding his driving while intoxicated case in Sag Harbor, New York. The judge announced that Timberlake's driver's license would be suspended after he refused a breathalyzer test when stopped by police on June 18. The suspension will last for the duration of the case.
During the hearing, the judge also reprimanded Timberlake's lawyer, Edward Burke Jr., for making "irresponsible" comments. Timberlake maintains his innocence, claiming he had just one martini before being pulled over. The next hearing is scheduled for August 9, with another planned for September 13.
