Pixar's Inside Out 2 Set for Blockbuster Opening Weekend



Pixar and Disney's Inside Out 2 is generating significant excitement as it opens globally this weekend, buoyed by a last-minute increase in domestic opening projections from $85 million to $90 million by the National Research Group.


 Disney remains conservative with estimates of $80 million to $85 million. Inside Out 2 has the potential to surpass Dune: Part II for the year's top domestic opening. The film grossed $4.9 million from its first eight international markets.


 Earning glowing reviews with a 92% critics' score on Rotten Tomatoes, the sequel introduces new emotions as Riley navigates her teenage years. Amy Poehler leads a star-studded voice cast.
