In-N-Out Commits to Stable Pricing Despite California's Wage Hike

In-N-Out President Lynsi Snyder has committed to maintaining stable prices at the beloved West Coast burger chain, despite California's new minimum wage law, which increases the hourly rate for fast food workers from $16 to $20. In a recent interview with NBC's TODAY, Snyder emphasized her determination to keep prices low for consumers, contrasting the strategies of some industry competitors. For instance, executives from McDonald's and Chipotle have indicated potential price hikes in response to the wage increase. Meanwhile, In-N-Out has only made minimal adjustments, such as a 25-cent increase on burgers at one Los Angeles location. Snyder also reiterated her stance against mobile ordering and franchising to preserve the brand's customer service experience and private company status.
